ABOUT ME
I am a guide, teacher, and practitioner of contemplative and embodied practices.. I help people develop a more conscious relationship with themselves through inquiry, meditation, embodiment, and spiritual practice. My work is rooted in the understanding that truth is a living, evolving process — what is needed today may shift tomorrow, which is why sovereignty is not a destination but a daily practice.
I don’t offer fixed prescriptions or rigid routines — instead, I help you build your own living toolbox and develop the ability to check in with yourself regularly.
Through a blend of meditation and energy practices, you learn how to create alignment within yourself, recognise when you have moved away from it, and return to it with greater awareness and intention.
Over time, you develop a deeper relationship with your body, your perception, and your inner guidance, allowing you to make choices from a place of clarity, presence, and self-trust.
A signature element of my approach is what I call Sovereign Inquiry — the art of asking better questions, listening deeply, and allowing insight to arise from your own higher wisdom. Together, we explore questions like: What is this moment teaching me? Where do I still have choice? What is asking to be born in me next?
I often work with symbols and talismans as anchors — not as superstitious charms, but as reminders to check in with your inner compass. We might use tarot as a reflective tool, not for prediction, but as a way to mirror back where you are and what energy will bring you back into balance.
My work is about helping you develop a daily dialogue with your most sovereign self — the part of you that holds wisdom, courage, and trust — so you can move through life’s changes with clarity, resilience, and self-respect.
My approach draws on Integral Theory, Ken Wilber's AQAL framework, contemplative practice, and years of personal exploration into consciousness, perception, and spiritual development.
