Skills of the coming era
On intuition, alignment, and a deeper form of intelligence — the skills of the coming era.
Becoming more fully human.
A New Human Skillset
We are entering an age where the skills that once defined a flourishing society are changing. AI is restructuring the way we use our intelligence, altering not only how we work and create, but how we relate to what it means to be human. In doing so, external and internal space is being freed up to develop other modes of being—modes that will form the ground of a new age and define the most sought-after skillsets of the future.
As certain capacities are automated, we are being freed to expand into a WIDER BANDWIDTH of what it means to be human. A bandwith that not only concerns what we create externally but is foundational for a fuller and more satisfying human experience.
A NEW HUMAN SKILLSET IS EMERGING.
From Intelligence to Intuition
The coming age doesn’t ask us to compete with machines. It asks us to DIFFERENTIATE—and to expand our understanding and lived experience of what it means to be human.
What cannot be outsourced is a DEEPER HUMANITY: an ethics of being that can only be reached by going inward and contacting what has always been there—a higher spiritual and intuitive intelligence. This intelligence is essential if we are to create the sustainable and peaceful world we wish to live in, and to leave to our children.
A new age is emerging where INTUITION WILL BE SOUGHT AS AN EXPANDED FORM OF INTELLIGENCE. And while AI performs faster, this is not about abandoning abilities such as analysis, pattern recognition, and memory. It is about heightening our capacity to read and translate information through expanded faculties: the ability to sense what is emerging, to read the room before anything is said, to feel timing, coherence, truth, and dissonance.
The people who will thrive are not those who know the most, but those who can also:
sense around corners
pre-empt the “vibe” of a situation
act from INNER CLARITY rather than external pressure
be guided from ALIGNMENT rather than ego
These are not abstract qualities. They are TRAINABLE HUMAN FACULTIES.
A Fuller Range of Humanity
For a long time, human potential has been defined narrowly—primarily through cognition, productivity, and performance.
But beneath that surface lies a deeper intelligence:
somatic knowing
intuitive perception
spiritual attunement
subtle discernment
This is not about becoming “less human” or escaping the world. It is about becoming MORE FULLY HUMAN—capable of operating across more layers of reality at once.
A FULLER RANGE OF HUMAN CAPACITY IS AVAILABLE.
Spirit Over Ego
Ego operates through control, comparison, and fear. Spirit operates through clarity, coherence, and trust.
As external systems become faster and louder, the ability to be INWARDLY GUIDED becomes more valuable—not less.
Those who can listen deeply, stay grounded, and respond from alignment will be the ones others turn to for leadership, direction, and stability.
Training the Human Instrument
Training for exactly this shift is no longer optional—it is a NECESSITY, cultivated through daily spiritual practice.
Not as belief. Not as ideology. But as PRACTICE.
The body and mind are instruments. When refined, they function like an antenna—capable of receiving guidance from something greater, both within and beyond the self.
Spiritual practice, in this sense, is not an escape from life. It is a daily cleansing and sharpening of perception.
Through embodied practices, attention training, intuitive inquiry, and alignment work, these higher faculties are not simply “activated”—they are REMEMBERED as abilities inherent to the human experience.
The Work Ahead
The future does not belong to those who resist change. Nor to those who surrender their humanity to technology.
It belongs to those willing to develop the parts of themselves that machines cannot touch.
This is not the end of human relevance.
IT IS THE BEGINNING OF A DEEPER ONE.
