    • Introduction to internal states and awareness

    • Learning to notice shifts in body, mind, and attention

    • Establishing the difference between thinking and sensing

    • A first guided experience

    The aim is to give you a real reference point—something you can feel, not just understand.

    • Working with specific centers (not all 7)

    • Noticing differences in sensation, focus, and emotional tone

    • Learning to track fluctuations in your state

    • Introducing tools: breath, attention, internal listening

    The aim is to help you recognize patterns in your own experience.

    • How to continue on your own

    • How to structure a personal practice

    • What to trust and what to ignore

    • Using the practice to establish and maintain alignment

    The aim is to make the work self-sustaining.

    Each session lasts approximately 75–90 minutes.

    Sessions are guided as a continuous process and are not offered as one-off bookings.
